Hotel Operations Manager


The Voco Hotel Surfers Paradise is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to lead the front office area and ensure a seamless stay for our guests.


About the Role:


  • As Duty Manager, you will play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including reception and at times night audit.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining accurate hotel accounts and reports, as well as ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Liaise with all hotel departments to solve challenges and strive for guest satisfaction.

Requirements:


  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within hospitality.
  • Proficiency in hotel property management systems (Opera would be an advantage).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • QLD RSA/RSG certificates (or ability to obtain).
  • Full Australian work rights.
