Land Development and Wholesale Opportunities

We're seeking an experienced professional to lead our land development and wholesale business. This role involves identifying partnership opportunities with land developers, shaping our land strategy, and ensuring our ABN Wholesale business continues to be a partner of choice in the market.

This is a key leadership position that requires strong commercial acumen, industry knowledge, and the ability to build strategic partnerships. You'll have experience in residential construction, land development, or property-related industries, and a proven track record of leading teams and fostering high-performance cultures.

  • Develop and implement land strategies that align with our business objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with land developers and other stakeholders
  • Lead innovation initiatives that explore future-focused technologies and designs
  • Oversee the WA display home portfolio, including site selection, acquisition negotiations, and delivery timelines
  • Ensure sales targets are achieved and builder partners receive efficient, low-touch service

As a leader in this role, you'll be responsible for driving growth and profitability through effective stakeholder management, data-driven decision making, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
