About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Specialist - Application Support to lead the planning, development, and evaluation of our Defence clients' GCCS capability. This role requires effective communication and stakeholder engagement to deliver technical solutions in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver complex technical activities and solutions in a high-pressure environment.
  • Communicate and engage with stakeholders to deliver integrated and holistic solutions.
  • Evaluate and ensure the delivered capability meets Defence requirements.
  • Analyze data flows and requirements, write reports, and manage workflows and resources.
  • Mentor and motivate the technical support team to deliver results.
Requirements
  • Experience working with Global Command and Control Systems, including UNIX-based systems and Maritime Group Level Windows-based systems.
  • Experience in Tactical Data Link Networks, including Joint Range Extension Systems and Satellite Tactical Data Link.
  • Experience in Information Communications Technologies, including Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol Network and server management.
  • Experience in Satellite and Communication Systems, including High Frequency/Very High Frequency/Ultra-High Frequency and Military Radios.
