Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Allura Partners. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, ensuring that their IT systems and infrastructure are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Support: Provide high-quality technical support and assistance to clients, resolving Level 2/3 technical issues and ensuring that their IT systems and infrastructure are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Project Setup and Installation: Oversee the setup, installation, and onboarding processes for new and ongoing projects, ensuring that all technical requirements are met and that clients are satisfied with the service.
- Documentation and Knowledge Management: Document solutions, environments, and processes comprehensively for both new and existing clients, ensuring that all technical knowledge is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Windows Server and Active Directory administration, extensive experience with Microsoft Office 365 Administration, strong background in Remote Desktop support, solid understanding of LAN/WAN networking concepts and troubleshooting, experience with Hyper-V and virtualization technologies, familiarity with Microsoft Azure services, and knowledge of advanced networking concepts (e.g., 802.1q, 802.1x, dynamic routing).
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and ability to understand the needs of clients and the company, with a focus on delivering high-quality technical support and assistance.
