Job Title: Privacy & Data Manager

Summary:

  • Lead the development and implementation of data privacy and governance strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop a comprehensive roadmap for privacy and data governance across the organisation.
  2. Oversee a robust data and privacy governance framework, ensuring requirements and methodologies are embedded throughout the company.
  3. Manage key elements within the remit on data lifecycle and compliance.
  4. Support incident response and breach management activities.
  5. Collaborate with technology and security teams to align privacy and data requirements to new technology and initiatives.
  6. Lead employee training and awareness programs, building a strong culture of privacy and data responsibility.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience leading privacy and data governance for multiple regions in a commercial environment.
  2. Confident leader who has demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders across all levels of the enterprise.
  3. In-depth knowledge of global privacy frameworks.
  4. Recognised privacy and data certifications.
  5. Experience aligning data governance requirements with NIST-CSF 2.0.
