Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned executive to join our team as part of our Cyber portfolio. This role will provide leadership and management opportunities across the holistic data protection space, addressing practical implementation challenges such as data asset security, data lifecycle management, privacy considerations in data sharing, consent protocols, records governance, and customer analytics.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of management and delivery experience in a data protection, cyber, or data security advisory capacity, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Experience leading project teams and coaching junior staff is desirable.

  • Shape and influence digital transformation agendas driven by changes to regulatory environments.
  • Coach and mentor team members.

About You:

  • Proven experience in data protection, cyber, or data security advisory roles.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience leading project teams and coaching junior staff is desirable.
  • Effective stakeholder engagement at all organizational levels.
  • Experience assessing data protection capabilities, determining strategic priorities, investments, and change impacts.
