Job Description:

The primary objective of this role is to serve as the key point of contact for HR across various sites, reporting directly to the General Manager - People & Culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective HR guidance to management and employees
  • Lead employee relations matters including grievances and investigations
  • Interpret awards and industrial instruments to ensure compliance throughout the organization
  • Support recruitment processes, onboarding activities, and succession planning initiatives
  • Collaborate with managers to deliver performance management and development programs
  • Drive employee engagement, Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) practices, and compliance with organizational values
  • Coordinate remuneration reviews and benchmarking processes
  • Maintain accurate HR information systems and personnel records
  • Support the implementation of national HR systems and initiatives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in an HR role, preferably in a comparable industry
  • Strong understanding of employment law, awards, and WHS legislation
  • Proven experience handling complex employee relations and investigations
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident in using HR information systems and data to inform decisions
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for supporting people and businesses thrive
  • Ability to travel regularly across multiple sites
