
HR Business Partnership Lead

The primary objective of this role is to serve as the key point of contact for HR across various sites, reporting directly to the General Manager - People & Culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective HR guidance to management and employees
- Lead employee relations matters including grievances and investigations
- Interpret awards and industrial instruments to ensure compliance throughout the organization
- Support recruitment processes, onboarding activities, and succession planning initiatives
- Collaborate with managers to deliver performance management and development programs
- Drive employee engagement, Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) practices, and compliance with organizational values
- Coordinate remuneration reviews and benchmarking processes
- Maintain accurate HR information systems and personnel records
- Support the implementation of national HR systems and initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in an HR role, preferably in a comparable industry
- Strong understanding of employment law, awards, and WHS legislation
- Proven experience handling complex employee relations and investigations
- High-level written and verbal communication skills
- Confident in using HR information systems and data to inform decisions
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for supporting people and businesses thrive
- Ability to travel regularly across multiple sites
