**Human Resources Strategic Partner Opportunity**

As a trusted business partner, you will operate within the People and Culture team to deliver technical and strategic human resource advice. This includes the employee lifecycle, workforce management, performance management, employee relations, compliance, conflict resolution, rehabilitation services, recruitment and selection, and learning and development.

You will identify and deliver human resources initiatives in partnership with the People and Culture team to build capability that supports people and business objectives. Your expertise will be essential in providing advice on human resources legislation, policies, and procedures that promote compliance, mitigate risk, and facilitate best practice outcomes.

Representing HR at management meetings and internal forums, you will support workforce planning, operational reporting, and strategic HR discussions. You will also act as a trusted advisor, providing coaching and practical solutions to improve workplace relationships, engagement, productivity, and retention.

Building staff capability and leadership in HR processes, legislative responsibilities, effective record keeping, and conduct and performance management will be key aspects of your role. You will also support the implementation of strategic workforce, diversity, and inclusion initiatives, business operational plans, and continuous improvement projects.
