HR Business Partnership Lead

The Human Resources Business Partner is a pivotal role within the organization, partnering with leaders to provide strategic operational advice and support in implementing people strategy and practices.
You will work closely with managers on workforce planning activities to ensure improved operational efficiencies, increased productivity, and employee engagement.
Responsibilities include coaching, advising, and supporting managers in people management activities and initiatives, leading case management of sensitive and complex IR/ER issues, and driving frontline training and leadership development initiatives.
As an experienced senior HR professional, you will have a strong HR generalist background, bring strong business partnering capabilities, and demonstrated experience managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle and employee relations matters.
Key requirements include relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline, minimum 5 years' generalist HR experience in a similar role within a similar industry, and excellent knowledge and experience in dealing with current employment laws and associated workplace requirements.
