Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join our organization in a Senior HR Advisor role.

This position is central to driving initiatives that align with our values, empowering employees, and creating a workplace where everyone can thrive.

The successful candidate will have expertise in:

  • Providing expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to managers and employees.
  • Developing and implementing strategic workforce planning and succession strategies.
  • Offering expert advice on employment legislation, awards, and workplace policies.
  • Leading the recruitment process, including developing job advertisements, screening candidates, facilitating interviews, and assisting with onboarding.
  • Enhancing employee engagement, promoting diversity and inclusion, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Coordinating programs that support employee well-being and mental health.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar HR advisory role, with exposure to a broad range of HR functions.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, award interpretation, and employment legislation.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar HR advisory role, with exposure to a broad range of HR functions.
