Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled coordinator to join our Infrastructure Maintenance Division in the Pilbara region.

This is an excellent opportunity for you to leverage your coordination skills and experience in fixed plant maintenance or infrastructure maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and engage with mechanical and electrical site crews, providing day-to-day management and regular catch-ups.
  • Schedule work to maintain consistent workflow for the team.
  • Develop client relationships and identify areas of growth in new markets through business development.
  • Recruit tradespeople by conducting interviews and negotiations.
  • Provide expertise on services available within the Group.
  • Emphasize the importance of teamwork, ensuring teams are well looked after and promoting long-term careers.
Requirements
  • A strong background in a similar role within fixed plant maintenance or infrastructure maintenance.
  • Trade background (ideal but not essential).
  • Outstanding customer relations and people management skills.
  • Enthusiasm for winning new business, building relationships, and executing plans.
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • High-level communication and negotiating skills.
  • Sound knowledge utilising Microsoft Office Suite.
