Fixed Plant Maintenance Planner Job Description

This role involves planning and coordinating all Fixed Plant equipment maintenance and repair work to optimize the plant's productivity.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a high level of health, safety, and environmental awareness;
  • Optimizing plant availability, reliability, performance, and safety through planned maintenance strategy;
  • Supporting maintenance teams by providing timely consistent quality plans;
  • Implementing and executing approved site-based projects;
  • Striving to meet best practice planning philosophies.

Requirements for this position include:

  • 5+ years' experience in a similar role with expertise in Work Management;
  • Strong Plan Do (PDCA) and Shutdown Planning skills;
  • Ability to plan and schedule;
  • Above average computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Effective communication skills with personnel at all levels of the organization;
  • Reliability, enthusiasm, and conscientiousness.
