We are seeking a Product Sales Specialist to join our team at William Adams, a leading Caterpillar Dealer with almost 100 years of experience. This role will focus on Rebuilds, working closely with our Product Support team to grow Component and Machine Rebuilds for the Dealership.
Key Responsibilities- Develop an efficient Rebuild Quoting Process with the team
- Collaborate with the Product Support Lead Specialist to identify rebuild opportunities
- Work with the Marketing team to promote Rebuild Campaigns
- Support sales reps in qualifying leads
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- Understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and experience
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal)
- Experience within a similar heavy vehicle/equipment management industry
- Exposure to sales environment, especially pipeline and forecasting
