Community Health Initiatives Coordinator

This role is focused on supporting the efficient and effective operation of community health initiatives.
Main Responsibilities- To contribute to the development and implementation of programs that support the health and wellbeing of identified communities, with a focus on targeted projects and collaborative partnerships.
- To work effectively within and across teams to deliver tailored services and provide expert advice in relation to project planning and execution.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in health or related social sciences, or relevant equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience.
- Demonstrated skills in project management, including delivery of evidence-based programs with target populations experiencing disadvantage, with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, including report writing, presentation and facilitation skills, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
