About The Role:

We seek an experienced Health Program Coordinator to lead workplace health initiatives that drive positive outcomes for employees.

The ideal candidate will plan, implement and evaluate comprehensive health programs tailored to the needs of their assigned client portfolio.

  • Develop and execute evidence-based health programs including health checks, ergonomic assessments, seminars and online classes.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand organizational objectives and employee needs, ensuring program alignment and relevance.
  • Utilize professional expertise to deliver high-quality services such as health checks, nutrition consultations and group training sessions.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and colleagues to facilitate referrals and provide exceptional customer service.
About You:

You possess a strong background in health program coordination or a related field, with a proven track record of successful workplace health initiatives.

Key skills include excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively, attention to detail and strong project management skills.
