Customer Banking Specialist

Auswide Bank is seeking a Customer Banking Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our banking team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring their financial needs are met, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle teller functions, including deposits, withdrawals, account opening/closing, and general inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with Auswide Bank's Policy & Procedures, privacy guidelines, and other applicable laws and regulations.
- Collaborate efficiently with the team, participate in problem-solving initiatives, and drive innovation to enhance the organisation's capabilities.
- Assess customers' financial needs and identify any changes or abnormalities, essentially completing a 'Financial Health Check.'
- Complete all compliance training and obligations by the due dates.
- Work cooperatively with other personnel and external partners to achieve the company's objectives and assigned tasks.
