Customer Banking Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
* Handle teller functions, including deposits, withdrawals, account opening/closing, and general inquiries.
* Ensure compliance with Auswide Bank's Policy & Procedures, privacy guidelines, and other applicable laws and regulations.
* Collaborate efficiently with the team, participate in problem-solving initiatives, and drive innovation to enhance the organisation's capabilities.
* Assess customers' financial needs and identify any changes or abnormalities, essentially completing a 'Financial Health Check.'
* Complete all compliance training and obligations by the due dates.
* Work cooperatively with other personnel and external partners to achieve the company's objectives and assigned tasks.

* Exceptional attention to detail.
* Current banking and/or lending experience is highly advantageous.
