Centre Manager - Seasonal Pool

We are seeking a Centre Manager to lead our team at a seasonal pool in Victoria.

This casual opportunity exists for a qualified and experienced leader to deliver exceptional customer experiences on a casual basis.

  • Ensure the safety and well-being of visitors and staff through effective policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Coach and develop leaders to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) through engagement, performance planning, and development initiatives.
  • Foster a high-performance, community-focused culture through visible leadership and team engagement.
  • Achieve strategic objectives.
  • Maintain a strong relationship with local stakeholders.
  • Implement a customer service strategy that meets the needs of the community.
  • Recruit and develop passionate, diverse staff to support the centre's vision.
  • Identify and develop career pathways and succession plans.
