The Ideal Candidate Must Have- Leadership experience in a premium à la carte dining environment
- A proven track record in leading high-performing teams
- Exceptional customer service skills and focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to adapt and thrive in dynamic environments and high-pressure periods
- Proven ability in building effective relationships
- Organisational and time management skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Availability and willingness to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
