Restaurant and Bar Manager Role

As a Restaurant and Bar Manager, you will oversee daily operations, lead and coordinate your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Your key areas of responsibility will include managing stock levels, forecasting team coverage, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire F&B operation, including bars, restaurant, events, and ensure a remarkable guest journey.
  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver high-quality events and experiences.
  • Schedule the FOH team in line with operational requirements.
  • Monitor guest interactions and provide team coaching to enhance the experience for both guests and team members.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years' experience in managing a full-service restaurant or the F&B department within a large venue.
  • Confidence in managing budgets and forecasting adequate team coverage.
  • Sound knowledge of food safety regulations and licensing requirements.
  • Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple operations and a busy event schedule.
