We're seeking a seasoned customer leader to join our team and drive the next level of customer care at Home Instead Woodland Hills.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, has a strong analytical mindset, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
As the Head of Customer Care, you will be responsible for overseeing the training and leadership of our customer care team, refining existing processes, and developing scalable solutions to meet the needs of our growing customer base.
You will work closely with our CEO, COO, and CFO to drive business growth and ensure that our customer care function is aligned with our company's overall strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing customer care strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Leading and managing a team of customer care professionals to ensure exceptional customer service
- Refining existing processes and developing scalable solutions to meet the needs of our growing customer base
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and ensure alignment with company strategy
