About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Team Leader to join our team at Pillow Talk. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting the store leadership team by leading from the front and inspiring your peers to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the smooth and efficient operation of the store, including handling customer queries and concerns, driving sales and KPIs, receiving and organizing inventory, and maintaining store visual appeal.
  • Lead by example and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to achieve store goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data and KPIs to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a customer-centric retail environment with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and sales results.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and KPIs.
