Job Overview

A skilled Technical Consultant is required to work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions using the Aurion system.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional to join as a Technical Consultant. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Aurion Talent Suite, particularly the Recruitment and Onboarding modules, and demonstrate technical expertise in configuration, administration, and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical expertise in the Aurion Talent Suite, specifically the Recruitment and Onboarding modules
  • Configure, administer, and develop the Aurion Talent Suite module
  • Experience in Organisational and People module
  • Experience in Business Process Automation (BPA) configuration
  • Experience in Payroll Suite module
  • Experience in Leave module
  • Experience in Learning and Development module
  • Experience in Aurion Timekeeper module

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

3+ years demonstrated experience and understanding of the Aurion systemSpecialised technical expertise in the Aurion Talent Suite, specifically the Recruitment and Onboarding modulesExperience in configuration, administration, and development of Aurion Talent Suite module
