Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and technically savvy Support Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will provide fast, efficient, and friendly customer service in relation to software, hardware, and network operations difficulties.

  • Assist clients with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

  • Develop and maintain accurate knowledge of software, hardware, and network operations.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.

  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide timely resolutions.

  • Maintain data accuracy in our contact management system.

  • Act as a single point of contact for clients on technical issues.

  • Analyse and resolve technical problems in a methodical and efficient manner.

Requirements

  • Active NV1 Security Clearance is required.

  • Australian citizenship is mandatory.

  • At least one year of IT Service Desk experience.

  • Relevant education or certification in Information Technology.
