Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Director, Customer Advocacy to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales from existing accounts and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in enterprise software sales, account management, and customer advocacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to upsell and cross-sell our CLM solutions to existing customers, resulting in increased revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at our customer organizations, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with our Professional Services, Engineering, and Product Management teams to understand customer requirements and provide input on product development.
- Identify and Pursue New Opportunities: Proactively identify new sales opportunities and manage complex sales cycles to drive revenue growth.
- Develop Executive-Level Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives at our customer organizations, presenting our value proposition and driving strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- 12+ Years of Experience: Proven track record of success in enterprise software sales, account management, and customer advocacy.
- Sales Aptitude and Relationship Building Skills: Strong sales skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Technical Bent of Mind: Understanding of CLM solutions and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Consultative Sales Approach: Ability to identify customer needs and propose solutions that meet their business objectives.
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present our value proposition to C-level executives.
