We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support group, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our products and services.
Job Summary:
The Technical Service Specialist is responsible for providing technical assistance to customers and dealers via telephone, email, and online platforms. You will troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, communicate with stakeholders, and develop service publications to enhance customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues related to product failure, performance, reliability, and features.
- Communicate effectively with customers, dealers, and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Develop and maintain service publications, such as user manuals, guides, and bulletins.
- Collaborate with product development teams to identify product issues and improve product performance.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as service/parts management methods.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Good knowledge of mechanized agriculture and land preparation techniques.
- A high level of PC expertise and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
