About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Director to lead our digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects, driving customer change through digital experiences, and inspiring confidence in digital delivery.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and delivery of digital programs and projects, transforming experiences, technologies, and ways of working.

Requirements

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strategic thinking and structured discovery capabilities, with a customer-centric and outcome-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrated experience in agile ways of working and the ability to drive workforce change and adoption within a team.
