Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to collaborate with our Australian teams and global HR colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic partnerships with local leaders and global HR teams to align people strategies with business objectives.
  • Provide expert advice on employment legislation, employee relations, and inclusive workplace practices.
  • Support managers and team members with performance discussions, development plans, and regular check-ins.
  • Oversee employee lifecycle events and work closely with Centres of Expertise to deliver HR programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 7+ years of progressive HR experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices, Australian employment laws, and HRIS systems.
  • Proficiency in key HR functions: recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, and policy development.
