Job Description

Our client is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to drive strategic HR solutions and foster collaborative relationships with senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR operational plans aligned with key business objectives.
  • Establish strong partnerships with senior leaders to influence workforce strategy and provide actionable insights.
  • Offer expert HR guidance on organisational design, change management, talent development, industrial relations, and strategic workforce planning.
  • Implement global and local people initiatives to drive business outcomes.
  • Lead transformation and change programs to achieve desired results.
  • Enable managers to interpret and act on employee engagement survey findings.
  • Manage annual HR cycles, including performance reviews, promotions, compensation reviews, and talent discussions.
  • Utilise data analytics to identify people trends and provide meaningful insights.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of HR experience in a business partnering or consulting capacity within a large, dynamic organisation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in organisational design, change management, talent development, and influencing complex business transformations.
  • Strong consulting skills and business acumen.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related discipline (required).
  • English language proficiency; additional language in APAC region is an advantage.
  • Solution-oriented with strong resilience, adaptability, and stakeholder management skills.
