**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a Technical Systems Support Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will provide support to users in troubleshooting and resolving issues of moderate complexity across the ICT environment.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize appropriate tools and methods to address user support queries and return user ICT systems and networks to optimum efficiency.
  • Manage set-up activities for ICT devices and systems, and monitor their performance to limit or prevent loss of service to end users.
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry practices and technologies to contribute to the identification of ways to improve the efficiency and reliability of products and services.
  • Ensure sensitive issues or security breaches are reported to ensure immediate corrective action can be taken.
  • Create and maintain support documentation to assist in restoring services and reduce the impact of unplanned outages.
