ICT Support Specialist

An experienced IT support professional is required to join our team, providing first-line technical assistance and resolving issues in a timely manner.
The ICT Support Specialist will provide general IT support, troubleshoot problems, triage support requests, and respond promptly.
Our Customers, People, and Community are at the heart of what we do, and we believe that delivering an outstanding experience is key.
The ICT Support Specialist provides technical guidance to the team, utilizing outstanding customer service skills and sharing high-level knowledge, support, and advice with all desktop and network ICT users.
Main duties and responsibilities include:
- Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn industry-specific software and office software.
- Systems upgrades and implementations.
- User account creation and management.
- Communication of escalations to Systems Manager and Third-Party Vendors.
- Training of new team members and continued technical support and training to team members both remotely and onsite.
We work as a team, have high integrity, think innovatively, effectively lead our teams, and focus on our customers.
This position is a full-time role collaborating with the Group IT Manager to ensure we offer the best support and training to our team members.
