Medical Workforce Operations Coordinator

The Medical Workforce Unit is responsible for managing the administrative aspects of medical staff appointments, including recruitment, rostering, time and attendance, leave management, rotation allocation, orientation, and off-boarding.
We are seeking a skilled Rosters and Operations Specialist to facilitate day-to-day rostering and operations across Medical, Surgical, and Critical Care units.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Proven experience in a similar role with demonstrated expertise in rostering and logistics
- Advanced Excel skills and ability to prepare and upload rosters on different platforms
- Experience working with electronic rostering and time and attendance systems
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
- A high degree of attention to detail and professionalism
