Medical Workforce Coordinator

As a Medical Workforce Coordinator, you will play a vital role in facilitating the recruitment and onboarding process for medical staff.
This position involves working closely with various stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition of medical personnel into our organization.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and possess a strong attention to detail.
You will also have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service to medical staff.
We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual who is able to adapt quickly to new environments and prioritize tasks efficiently.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in similar roles and be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities include:
- Facilitating the recruitment and selection process for medical appointments
- Coordinating the credentialing and contracting process for casual and secondment arrangements
- Providing high-level administrative support to the Medical Workforce Team
- Liaising with medical staff to resolve any issues or concerns they may have
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
