We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Workforce Advisor to join our team. As a key member of the Medical Workforce Unit, you will be responsible for coordinating and participating in recruitment and contracting activities for doctors in training and senior medical staff.
- Coordinate and participate in interview panels, including preparation of appointment letters and onboarding tasks for new employees.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders regarding all medical staff matters.
- Monitor joint inboxes to ensure timely assistance is provided.
- Ensure compliance with relevant Enterprise Bargaining Agreements.
- Collaborate closely with Medical Workforce leadership and contribute to quality improvement initiatives and key projects.
- Experience in Recruitment and Contracting or HR operations, preferably in healthcare.
- Contemporary knowledge of SAP or other similar HR processing systems.
- Strong knowledge of Doctors in Training (DiT) and Senior Medical Staff (SMS) Enterprise Agreements.
- Exceptional attention to detail and passion for service excellence.
- Confident working in partnership with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
