Commercial Lending Relationship Expert

Join a specialist lender dedicated to supporting Australian medical professionals with a deep understanding of their unique journey and challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Establish and grow your client base by developing strong relationships with commercial brokers and clients.
  • Proactively manage existing client relationships, reviewing pipeline and estimated deal flows, and discussing loan scenarios and structures with clients.
  • Maintain expected service standards, writing and assisting with preparation and recommendation for credit submissions, ensuring regular communications and follow-ups.
  • Attend medical and dental conferences, broker and client functions as required.
  • Conduct regular sales and client calls, record activities and leads in Salesforce.
  • Actively manage pipeline, ensuring budgets are achieved, and take proactive action to manage shortfalls.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of commercial lending experience.
  • Customer-focused individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven relationship builder with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work at speed and efficiency while maintaining high-quality results.
  • Results-driven individual with a focus on delivering exceptional outcomes.
