Project Officer, Grants Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to contribute to the development, delivery, and administration of grants and funding programs across NSW.

  • This role is part of a project planning team that works with stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring funding frameworks are aligned to best practice, meet government objectives, and deliver value to communities.
About You
  • Experience in managing the grants administration lifecycle, including program development, application assessment, and funding acquittal.
  • Strong coordination skills across project planning, budgeting, reporting, and resource management.
  • Ability to support the delivery of funding programs aligned with agency policies and procedures.
  • Analytical skills to conduct research, identify trends, and improve processes.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders and facilitate collaboration.
Key Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications and/or relevant knowledge and experience.
Work Environment
  • Role based in Parramatta/Sydney (other locations negotiable), with flexible/hybrid working environment.
  • Salary relative to experience, ranges from $113,574 - $125,720 + superannuation.
