Disaster Recovery Specialist

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team as Disaster Recovery Specialists.

  • Conduct thorough assessments of damaged properties and report findings accurately.
  • Perform emergency restoration services to prevent further damage where required.
  • Demonstrate expertise in disaster recovery techniques, processes, and procedures, including content treatment, cleaning, and sanitization.
  • Deploy, monitor, and retrieve equipment from affected sites.
  • Meet performance indicators for insurers and internal stakeholders.
  • Enter claim information into the customer relationship management system efficiently.
  • Participate in after-hours on-call rotations.
  • Undertake additional duties and tasks as assigned by management.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in water, fire, and mould restoration.
  • IICRC accreditations.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Sound organizational skills.
  • Proven time-management abilities.
  • Calmness under pressure.

A valid C-class driver's license is essential.

National Police Checks and Working with Children Checks are mandatory requirements for this position.
