We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Plus Training and Engagement Specialist to join our team at Hostplus Pty. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in designing, delivering, and embedding high-quality training and knowledge management solutions for our servicing employees and service delivery vendors.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop training programs that enhance the experience and outcomes delivered to our members, aligning with our Service Plus framework to ensure consistency and excellence in service.
- Deliver training and knowledge management solutions that meet the needs of our servicing employees and service delivery vendors.
- Monitor and review the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of training and knowledge management solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in training and knowledge management.
- Advanced knowledge of superannuation, investments, and insurance.
- Proven track record in instructional design, training processes, and business reporting.
- Strong communication and time management skills, with the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
- Adept at learning new software systems and acting as a key administrator and subject matter expert.
