About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring production orders are estimated, processed, planned, and completed accurately and on time.

  • Provide support and information to sales, pressroom, and pre-press teams as required.
  • Build a solid working knowledge of label manufacturing, adhesives, and ink types to cost and review jobs accurately.
  • Provide quotations for incoming orders using best practice label costing configurations to ensure break-even for manufacturing promptly.
  • Ensure work meets high-quality standards, delivered on time within specified parameters.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent analytical and numerical reasoning ability, sound verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to negotiate and maintain effective relationships with various people.

  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities with great attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work effectively under pressure, handle competing priorities, meet deadlines, and manage activities through to completion.
  • Knowledge of label converting, production principles, and processes, including quotation and print configuration is not essential but highly regarded.
