We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to manage our painting team at our Brisbane Service Centre.

About the Role

  • Develop and communicate daily and weekly task plans with the team
  • Identify potential risks or constraints impacting task delivery and consult key stakeholders
  • Evaluate progress and ensure timely and accurate project delivery while managing stakeholder expectations
  • Conduct performance reviews and address employee matters in line with company policies
  • Coordinate subcontractor activities, including quotations and work specifications
  • Maintain Objective Quality Evidence (OQE) submissions as required
  • Provide regular feedback to the QA department to ensure procedures align with task execution
  • Drive continuous improvement by reviewing practices and ensuring work meets quality standards

Requirements

  • A trade qualification in a relevant field with 10 years of experience in heavy industrial or marine industries
  • Previous experience in a supervisory position
