Job Title: Production Manager - Chemicals Industry

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead and oversee our production sites in Australia. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing all resources, processes, and teams to ensure operational efficiency, quality, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the operations workforce, facilities, and equipment.">
  • Ensure cost-effective, high-quality, and timely production processes.">
  • Oversee production planning, scheduling, stock management, and customer delivery performance.">
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), industrial costing, and operational performance to drive continuous improvement.">
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, safety, environmental, and corporate standards.">
  • Collaborate with HR on team management, recruitment, training, and performance development.">
  • Represent the company with authorities, insurers, unions, and external stakeholders as needed.">
  • Approve purchase orders and coordinate with corporate departments on investments, materials, and equipment.">
