About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Finance/People Manager to lead a talented and stable team. You will manage a team of 9 professionals, with 5 in Payroll and 4 in AP/P2P. The role is heavily focused on leadership, with 70% of your time dedicated to managing, mentoring, and inspiring your team, while also driving key projects and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of finance professionals, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee payroll/HR reporting processes and drive efficiencies in these areas.
  • Manage exception reporting and contribute to month-end journal associated with payroll.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement systems enhancements and drive innovation within the finance function.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as directed by the Head of Shared Services.

About You:

You will be a proven leader with experience in managing and developing transnational teams within complex environments. Bring strong analytical skills with a high level of proficiency in Excel and systems (COUPA highly desirable). You will be a driver of efficiencies and innovation, with the ability to influence stakeholders and engage with key business partners. A solid background in payroll processes is essential, as you will be reviewing the payroll team and offering direction as needed.
