The Role

We're seeking a Strategy Lead, SME to join our Brisbane HQ team. As a key member of our SME division, you'll play a pivotal role in identifying and delivering strategic growth opportunities. You'll partner with cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Digital/Product, Operations, and Loyalty to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic problem-solving using data-driven insights and strategic frameworks.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, establish governance structures, and ensure timely project completion.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, lead and facilitate meetings, and synthesise findings into clear and concise reports.
  • Proactively work with internal stakeholders across the commercial functions and the VA Group.
  • Lead opportunities from conception through to completion.
What You Need to Succeed
  • A background in Management Consulting or a similar commercial/analytical role (3+ years).
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience operating with ambiguity in pursuit of an overall objective.
  • Strong results delivery focus with a self-starter attitude.
  • Ability to use data insights to generate impactful presentations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
