Strategic Communication Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to facilitate disaster management planning, monitoring, and review activities with key stakeholders across business areas.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the development of departmental guidelines relating to disaster management arrangements and ensure their effective communication and implementation.
- Deliver, lead, and manage change and communication activities to achieve project objectives in a timely and efficient manner.
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management and transition plans relevant to the project.
- Identify, assess, understand, and manage change impacts resulting from project implementation.
- Prepare and deliver communications to internal and external stakeholders, team members, and governance bodies.
- Manage readiness and transition activities for internal stakeholders.
- Maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Safety Culture:
Evaluate and apply all policies and practices concerning Workplace Health and Safety to maintain a safe work environment.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective change management strategies.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
