About Strategic Communications Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne office.

The role involves providing strategic internal communication advice, insights, and support in partnership with executives, senior leaders, and specialists across the organization.

You will design and deliver internal communication activities to build enterprise awareness, engagement and alignment to the strategy and contribute to a thriving culture.

Your Key Responsibilities

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A suitable tertiary qualification such as communications, public relations or journalism, or equivalent significant experience.
  • Knowledge and understanding of internal communication approaches, frameworks, best practice, and tools.
  • Ability to project manage enterprise-wide communications initiatives, plans and campaigns.
  • Strong experience influencing outcomes through stakeholder engagement, including providing advice and coaching on best-practice communications approaches to executives and senior leaders.
