We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic HR & Office Manager to lead our team and drive success in our company, Ironfish Real Estate Melbourne.
Main Responsibilities- HR Operations: Oversee recruitment, benefits administration, policy development, and employee relations to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Office Management: Streamline workflows, manage facilities, and ensure a professional client experience to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Budget Planning: Develop and manage budgets for HR operations, office expenses, and administrative costs to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Leadership & Administrative Oversight: Provide guidance and support to our administrative team, ensuring high performance and standards are met.
We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Proven experience in HR management or related roles is preferred, as well as experience in office management or operations roles with a focus on process improvement.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on leadership and team management. Key skills and competencies include:
