Smartsheet is seeking a seasoned Revenue Operations Analyst to drive sales growth and optimize revenue streams. As a key member of our Worldwide Field Operations team, you will leverage data analysis and business acumen to inform strategic decision-making and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain reporting infrastructure to support sales teams
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to identify business challenges and opportunities
  • Lead projects to develop data-driven solutions and KPIs to track results
  • Partner with engineering and data science teams to build scalable analytics solutions
  • Present insights to executives to drive performance improvements
  • Analyze and monitor data for anomalies and trends
  • Guide commission and territory planning processes with analytical support
  • Mentor and lead junior analysts on the team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. engineering, sciences, math, statistics, business, or economics)
  • 5+ years of experience in an analytics role with increasing responsibility
  • Experience in Cloud and SaaS go-to-market (GTM)
  • Expertise in SQL and data preparation for analysis, modeling, and visualization
  • Experience working with business intelligence tools like Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
  • Experience with statistics (time series analysis, cluster analysis, multivariate analysis)
  • Experience publishing and presenting data and findings to non-data users
