**Job Summary:**

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled medical professional to join our Gastroenterology team at the Launceston General Hospital. As a Staff Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care, contributing to research and quality improvement initiatives, and teaching and mentoring future medical professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing specialist care to patients with gastrointestinal disorders
  • Participating in research and quality improvement activities to advance the field of gastroenterology
  • Engaging in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching to educate future medical professionals
  • Providing specialist advice to inpatient units as required
