Senior Nursing Manager

The Department of Health, Tasmania invites applications for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as an Associate Nurse Unit Manager. In this key leadership position, you will work closely with the Nurse Unit Manager and other senior staff to ensure the efficient and effective provision of care based on best practice principles within a collaborative and multidisciplinary framework.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist the NUM with planning and management of staff and resources.
- Provide operational leadership through coordination of day-to-day patient care activities, including patient flow.

- $106,570 to $112,440 per annum salary range.
- Post Graduate Allowance of up to 10% based on qualification type.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse.
