Our presence in the Middle East dates back to 2011 when we commenced the Middle East Logistics and Base Support (MELABS) Contract with the Australian Defence Force (ADF). We provide comprehensive support to ADF bases in the region, delivering high-quality services in areas such as maintenance and ground refuelling, catering, accommodation, and other essential functions.
Job OverviewWe are seeking experienced Security Guards to join our team based in Dubai, UAE. This is a permanent, unaccompanied contract opportunity that requires minimal travel.
Key Responsibilities- To safeguard the security of the premises and surrounding perimeter of the location
- Maintain awareness of current threat levels and report any suspicious activities observed
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain collaborative relationships with personnel, contractors, and external agencies
- Act as a deterrent to prevent non-compliance with security protocols
- Report incidents to the on-duty client representative for appropriate action
- Australian citizenship
- Current valid Australian Driver's Licence
- Current valid Australian Passport (minimum 9 months validity required)
- A valid security license issued by the authorized Governing Body Organization in the Australian State
- A minimum Baseline AGSVA security level clearance (preferred)
- Certificate II in Security Operations (CPP20212) comprising seven core units and two electives
- Competitive salary package of approximately AUD 8,300 per month
- Paid annual leave entitlement of thirty calendar days
